The apartment was clean and had wonderful location very close to the glacier paradise cable cars. Staff were very very nice, and I truly enjoyed the host.

The managers at Anita were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They helped us with food delivery, answered all our questions beforehand, and even arranged for a taxi at the end of our trip. The apartments were surprisingly large, much more spacious than what we're used to. The ski storage rooms were also a plus, with plenty of space and boot warmers.

One thing to note is that the kitchen lighting could have been better, but that was the only minor issue we encountered. our stay at Anita was wonderful and we would highly recommend it to others.

Peaceful and best possible location, at walking distance from the city center, yet the area is quiet. Room with natural wood decor🙂

The staff here are amazing. They even helped me with a room issue at night during my first stay. This place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, kettle, cookware, TV, express check-in/out. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

We had a wonderful stay at Anita in Zermatt. The room was spotless and well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and all the necessary cooking condiments. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the wifi worked perfectly. Diana, our host, was friendly and even helped us arrange taxi services. The price was incredibly affordable compared to other options in town.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with any queries we had. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Additionally, we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.

The only downside was that there was no elevator in the hotel, so we had to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room. However, the stairs were wide and well-maintained, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The apartment at Anita was absolutely stunning! The mountain views from the balcony were incredible. The living area was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Having a fully equipped kitchen was fantastic, as we could prepare our own meals. The free WiFi was a great bonus too!

I personally didn't use the dishwasher in the apartment, as I prefer to wash dishes by hand. But I guess some people might find it helpful!

Absolutely perfect view, location, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, magical atmosphere. Professional, kind, and helpful hosts. Prior to arrival, groceries were taken care of and placed in the fridge. Impressive ski room. Unforgettable view of Matterhorn from the balcony.

This place was absolutely perfect! The view of the Matterhorn was mind-blowing, the location was super convenient, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The beds were so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The hosts were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful, even before we arrived. They took care of our groceries and made sure everything was ready for us. We even got an extra apartment for no extra cost, giving us ample space for our two families. With 3 bathrooms, it was a breeze getting ready in the morning. The cable car and attractions were all close by, making it easy to explore the area. We loved the added touches like the jacuzzi with a view of the Matterhorn and the daily fresh bread delivery. Plus, the hotel itself was very clean and in a nice quiet location. We can't wait to return soon!

We stayed at Anita in Zermatt and had a fantastic experience. the owner generously gave us an extra apartment at no cost, which was perfect for our two families with four adults and five kids. the apartment had ample space and three bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-furnished. We loved the stunning view of the Matterhorn directly from our apartment, especially in the morning. the keys were conveniently left for us, making the check-in process easy. There were restaurants nearby and the cable car and attractions in the valley were within close proximity. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.
